In-class activities still couldn’t attract her. Su Miaomiao liked to sleep on the table by herself. For a student like her who refused to cooperate but was very obedient, the teacher usually didn’t care.

Soon, it was time to play in the yard, and the children rushed out happily, but Su Miaomiao was still lying on the desk.

When Xie Jingyuan pushed her arm, Su Miaomiao tilted her head and looked at him sleepily, “Go, I want to sleep a little longer.”

“No.”

She would be joining a school soon, so she couldn’t be allowed to develop this bad habit. When the teacher was teaching some necessary content, he would not allow Su Miaomiao to sleep in class.

His eyes were cold and irresistible.

Su Miaomiao pursed her lips, sat limply, and stood up.

The teacher first let the children play games by themselves. There were various facilities in the kindergarten, which were very suitable for children to release their energy.

Su Miaomiao glanced around, and pointed to the swing, “I want to play on the swing.”

Xie Jingyuan: “Okay, go to the queue first.”

After queuing for a few minutes, it was Su Miaomiao’s turn, she sat on it, and Xie Jingyuan helped her push it.

Any other day, Su Miaomiao would not get tired of playing it all morning, but that day she had something on her mind.

Hearing the next child complaining that she had been playing for too long, Su Miaomiao immediately jumped down, turned her head and said to Xie Jingyuan, “I’m going to the slide, you can help them push it!”

After she finished speaking, she ran away.

“Monitor, can you push me too?” A little boy from the second class asked Xie Jingyuan expectantly.

Monitor Xie Jingyuan: “…Okay.”

Su Miaomiao played on the slide once, looked toward the swing, saw Xie Jingyuan surrounded by a circle of children, then turned her eyes, and slipped back to the classroom.

Everyone was playing outside, and the classroom was empty.

Su Miaomiao went to the place where the schoolbag was hung, and sniffed. The thing was still there.

She stopped by a blue bag, pressed it with one hand, and unzipped the zipper of the schoolbag with the other. She reached in and fumbled for it, and when she took it out, there was an extra pack of snacks in her hand.

There were densely packed small characters printed on the snack bag. Su Miaomiao didn’t know it and had no patience to read it. Her eyes were shining brightly on the few dried fishes in the transparent bag.

So what if the bag was sealed? It couldn’t block the smell of fish in front of a cat!

Su Miaomiao pulled up the school bag, clutched the dried fish, returned to her seat, bowed her head and began to tear the package.

There was a gap in the bag, but the plastic texture was too slippery, and Su Miaomiao was too small. The harder she tried, the more slippery it became, and the slipperier it got, the harder it was to be torn apart.

Su Miaomiao was so angry that she threw the packaging bag on the ground.

If she was still a cat, she would definitely meow a few times in anger.

But she still needed to eat the dried fish. Su Miaomiao wiped her hands on her clothes, picked up the packaging bag, and continued to work hard with her head down.

She was so focused that she didn’t even notice that someone was approaching. It wasn’t until a pair of familiar shoes came into view that Su Miaomiao raised her head in shock.

Xie Jingyuan looked at her coldly.

Su Miaomiao subconsciously hid her hands behind her back.

“Where did you find it?” Xie Jingyuan stared at her and asked.

Su Miaomiao’s eyes flickered.

Xie Jingyuan didn’t need an answer, he pointed to the row of schoolbags and said, “Put it back. You aren’t allowed to steal anything in the future.”

Su Miaomiao bit her lip, showing stubbornness on her small face.

Xie Jingyuan just continued to say, “If this matter of stealing is discovered, not only will you be ashamed, but uncle and aunt will also be ridiculed because of you. They raised you, you can’t repay their kindness with this.”

In Su Miaomiao’s mind, the gentle faces of Su Mingan and Tang Shiwei emerged.

Those were her parents, the best people in her life.

The stubbornness in her eyes disappeared. Su Miaomiao glanced at Xie Jingyuan, walked to the blue bag with her head down, and put the dried fish back.

“Let’s go,” Xie Jingyuan was already standing at the door

Su Miaomiao returned the things willingly, but she was not in a good mood at all. The dried fish was too fragrant, and she felt uncomfortable as she couldn’t eat it.

Listless, she chose a pink bench to sit down on, and after a while, she lay down, her legs and arms curled up, looking from the back, she looked like a lying cat.

“Miaomiao, is there something wrong?” The teacher found out about it and hurriedly asked.

Su Miaomiao listlessly said, “No.”

The teacher touched her forehead and asked, “Then why aren’t you playing?”

Su Miaomiao: “It’s not fun.”

The teacher checked carefully. Su Miaomiao did not have any major problems, it was just her mental state…

“Teacher, go and see other students, Su Miaomiao is angry with me.” Xie Jingyuan stood beside the teacher. Not wanting to arouse the teacher’s worry, he took the initiative to explain.

The teacher was surprised, “Really, why did you make Miao Miao angry?”

Xie Jingyuan pursed his lips.

The teacher persuaded them for a while, and found that the two children were quite stubborn. So she had to leave, looking at them worriedly from time to time.

Su Miaomiao had already smelled Xie Jingyuan’s scent, but she didn’t want to talk to anyone, and kept her eyes closed.

Xie Jingyuan glanced at the children, then at her again, and asked coldly, “Are you not convinced by my words?”

Su Miaomiao barely opened a slit of her eyes, and said weakly, “No, you’re right, I shouldn’t steal things, but I want to eat dried fish, it smells delicious.”

Only then did Xie Jingyuan realize that she did so because she was too greedy.

“Snacks like that are not good for your health,” Xie Jingyuan explained that he went to the mall with Grandma Tao and heard some parents who refused to buy snacks for their children.

For food, it was best to eat fresh, nutritious and healthy food. Grandma Tao never let them eat leftovers.

Su Miaomiao covered her stomach and looked at him wrongly, “I just want to eat it.”

Xie Jingyuan wanted to say something more, but he saw tears welled up in her eyes.

He pursed his lips.

After being reincarnated, he had never seen Su Miaomiao cry except when she was vaccinated and taking a bath.

That packet of dried fish was really so delicious to the cat?
