Perhaps it was because Wen Renruo had already discovered her true identity and knew everything, so Yu Sheng was actually very relaxed in front of him.

Such a lively and playful Yu Sheng made Wen Renruo shake off his previous melancholy and laugh out loud with joy from the bottom of his heart. He escorted Yu Sheng home, and the two walked all the way to the parking space.

“Where is your car parked?” Yu Sheng spoke first.

“You,” Wen Renruo stopped talking, which made Yu Sheng look over curiously. She raised her head, and her delicate face was exposed in front of Wen Renruo, which made his body heat up.

Perhaps it was because the night was too beautiful, Wen Renruo’s mind was shaken, and the scene in front of him seemed to become hazy, with only Yu Sheng as the only bright spot. Wen Renruo approached Yu Sheng uncontrollably, and the closer he got to her, the more he became obsessed with her.

Yu Sheng did not avoid him, instead she raised her head and stared at him.

The body temperature of both of them was getting higher, but in the end, Wen Renruo turned his head away hastily. He took a step back and replied calmly, “It’s late, let’s go back early.”

“Wow, you look so beautiful,” Ghost Yu said, more excited than Yu Sheng herself, her voice filled with envy.

After all, let alone marrying her beloved man Wen Renyu, Ghost Yu had never even been a bride, so she naturally had such a beautiful vision. Yu Sheng smiled softly and the bride in the mirror looked a little happy.

He took a deep breath and tried to calm himself. Then, he reached out his hand to Yu Sheng. She looked up at him and placed her hand in his. Wen Renyu held it—unconsciously using a bit more strength than usual. It didn’t hurt her; he just held on tightly.

“Wow, the groom should carry the bride on his back!” someone in the crowd shouted, followed by a chorus of cheers. It was said that the bride wasn’t supposed to take a single step until she reached the auditorium.

Wen Renyu smiled, then slowly crouched down in front of Yu Sheng.

Yu Sheng obediently lay on Wen Renyu’s back and hugged him tightly.

Yu Sheng’s heart was calm for a rare time. Ghost Yu was very moved watching from the side.

“Walk steadily, don’t fall.” Unfortunately, Yu Sheng warned him coldly without understanding romance. Wen Renyu smiled helplessly and said, “Don’t worry, you won’t fall.” 

After all, Wen Renyu was carrying both his child and his wife on his back at once, so how could he be careless?

Perhaps because he and Yu Sheng had interacted more recently, Wen Renyu was more natural when facing her. Wen Renyu and Yu Sheng took the wedding car to the church. The address was agreed upon by the two families.

After arriving at the auditorium, Wen Renyu carefully helped Yu Sheng get out of the car and handed her to Father Yu. Father Yu looked at his daughter with comfort, his eyes reddened.

He led Yu Sheng forward and entered the venue, where the guests were already seated. Father Yu handed Yu Sheng over to Wen Renyu again. He did not say anything sentimental, but Wen Renyu felt a warning from his eyes.

Wen Renyu nodded heavily. Yu Sheng took his hand and walked in. The guests sat on both sides and watched them. 

There, Yu Sheng saw Yang Sui again, which made her smile even brighter.

Yu Sheng held her head high and chest puffed out, perfectly illustrating the look of being triumphant and arrogant. It was especially obvious in contrast to the bitter-looking groom standing beside her. Because Wen Renyu had also seen Yang Sui, his originally calm face inevitably took on a note of pain.

Wen Renyu had not forgotten his feelings for Yang Sui so quickly, but from then on, the two of them would have no relationship with each other at all. In the future, he would be the husband of another woman and the father of her child.
