A hundred years ago, the wolf king’s clan ascended to the upper realm and they were free. How could it be possible for them to see a young Sirius grow into a powerful demon king again and surpass them?

Yuan Xiang was preparing lunch while occasionally looking at the bamboo basket that was placed not far away. A small white head emerged from the edge of the basket and his slick eyes stared at the fragrant pot without blinking. His little ears were floating outside the bowl. Yuan Xiang gently reached out and touched them.

Yuan Xiang lifted the floral cloth on the basket and placed the candy on the cushion beside the little wolf.

When she looked at it again after a while, the little candy was gone. The silver little wolf was sitting with ears upright; only the big tail that swept back and forth quietly behind him revealed his sweet feelings.

“Xiang’er? Such a coincidence,” a familiar voice said from outside the door of the shop. It was Aunt Wu who lived in her alley.

Aunt Wu’s eldest daughter Dahua was betrothed to a family in Lianghe Town. She was going to have a wedding in the beginning of the spring, so she was intensively buying her dowry.

“Xiang’er come, help us pick one,” Erhua took Yuan Xiang’s arm affectionately. The children in their family were Yuan Xiang’s friends since childhood and they were very familiar with her.

“Oh, Xiang’er, what is in your basket? Why is it moving?”

Erhua found Nan He hiding in the basket and called out.

Many girls from the Wu family quickly gathered around and looked at the small furry ball in the basket with rare respect.

“Wow, so cute, it’s a dog.”

“Silver hair is really rare, where did you get it?”

“It’s hair is so beautiful, soft and supple. Let me touch it.”

Nan He lowered his body and slowly retreated to behind the basket.
