Not long after Xia An entered the Hot Pot restaurant, the photos and videos of her appearance in Chinatown were posted to the largest social platform in the United States.
When the blogger finished posting the photos, he just wrote that he met a beautiful foreign star in Chinatown, and he didn’t expect much repercussions.
It was amazing, however, that when his photos were posted on the Internet, they attracted a lot of attention.
In a split second, the number of likes and replies it got was so incredible!
[Wow! How beautiful! Is she a celebrity? Which country’s star?]
[It’s not that I’m racist, but I really think she would have looked more beautiful if she were blonde!]
[She’s so pretty! I think she is more beautiful than Alison! ]
[I want to know who this foreign star is? I like her ~ XD]
…
The blogger who posted Xia An’s photo didn’t plan to make so much noise.
However, the direction of the next photo was greatly unexpected.
It also made Xia An completely on fire on social platforms abroad!
[Look at my finished product! What do you think? It’s the blonde version. Doesn’t she look better? ^-^]
A photoshop version quickly became popular on major social platforms in the United States.
The blogger who originally published Xia An’s photos was just sharing beautiful things.
A famous photoshop guy with a lot of fans got interested in these pictures. And out of boredom, he modified her black hair and black pupil into blond hair and blue eyes.
As soon as this photo was published, Xia An ignited the major social platforms in the United States.
Xia An’s photos were really beautiful!
[Oh my God, I feel like I saw an angel!]
[That’s an angel, right?]
[She’s so beautiful. When I look at her, my bad mood disappears.]
The new picture promoted Xia An so much that the online influence was sure to last for a while.
Then, another person let Xia An’s popularity erupt completely in the United States!
[I want to know who this beautiful girl is? I think I am in love with her.]
No one expected that Playboy Telles, which had the most popularity in the US rock circle, with a fan base of 100 million, would tweet it.
Although Telles was a well-known fickle in love, such a standard American bad boy had never publicly confessed to any girl like this on Twitter.
Therefore, when this Twitter was posted, it had the power of an atomic bomb!
It made the entire United States boil. For a moment, Xia An became the object of everyone’s search.
Xia An at this time …
“Wow! Delicious!”
After the lamb roll in the Hot Pot was cooked, Xia An threw it into her rosy mouth to eat, regardless of the hotness and completely disregarding her image.
“What do you guys want to eat?”
When it came to food, she never ignored other people at the table. Even her relatives were no exception!
Xia An ate so cheerfully like a down to earth person. The others felt the food was appetizing.
Xia An who had a beautiful face looked even more beautiful!
The cameramen had never found out this side of Xia An. When eating Western food with a knife and fork before, she ate slowly and elegantly like a noble princess.
And, even if she was a little anxious to eat, it didn’t make people feel vulgar. Instead, it made people find it particularly cute and made them increase their appetite.
Now watching her eat Chinese food, even the two little ones were stunned.
“Sister Fairy eats so well, she looks hungry,” Gu Shumo blinked with his two black eyes staring at Xia An with bright light.
After Xia Xingchen snapped out, he very thoughtfully picked up Xia An’s favorite lamb rolls and added it in her bowl.
“Mom, you eat whatever you want, I’ll give it to you, don’t burn your tongue.”
Xia Xingchen picked a piece of meat from his own dish. Xia An picked it and placed it back into the bowl of her good son.
“Dear son, eat it yourself. The Hot Pot is delicious. Don’t hold yourself back.”
“Oh! OK,” the little boy blinked and said in a low tone.
“Mom knows you are sensible and good, fill your belly first then take care of me.”
Xia An freed her hand, touched the little guy’s head, and then bowed her head to eat the Hot Pot again.
The meat and vegetables on the table disappeared. Xia An’s phone rang …
Xia An ignored it. She didn’t move a bit and concentrated on eating the Hot Pot.
“Sister Fairy, your phone is ringing …” Gu Shumo, who was not too familiar with Xia An’s love for food, reminded her quietly.
“Don’t worry, let’s eat first.”
She shook her head and didn’t plan to answer the phone at all.
While she was eating, nothing could disturb her.
“Well! (⊙o⊙)” Gu Shumo’s eyes widened, and at this time he learned what kind of foodie she was.
She still couldn’t escape the interruption.
“Xia An, Han called.”
The little fat brother handed his phone to Xia An.
“Han couldn’t get through to your phone, so he called me. It looks like something happened.”
She looked at the phone that had been connected and handed over to her.
Xia An had to put down her chopsticks. She wiped her palms with a tissue, and picked up the phone, “Hey.”
“Xia An, don’t eat Hot Pot, come back quickly!” As soon as the mobile phone was put to ear, Xia An heard Han Yue anxious voice
“Ha? What? What are you talking about, Han?” Xia An had a blank expression as she was totally unaware of what Han Yue was talking about.
“If you don’t come back, you won’t be able to come back later! Hurry up!”
“Han, what the heck are you talking about? I can’t understand a word. Besides, I haven’t finished the Hot Pot yet, I will go after I finish.”
Xia An glanced at the remaining half of the Hot Pot.
Since she came to the United States, she hadn’t had such a delicious Hot Pot for a long time.
So today she had to fill her stomach full!
“Goddess! You don’t see how many people have gathered in the place you are staying now! Are you still thinking about eating, you won’t be able to come out after you finish eating.”
Xia An was a little confused. She subconsciously looked up and looked at the other seats in the Hot Pot restaurant. Then she realized that the Hot Pot restaurant which was empty when she arrived was overcrowded now.
The door and window of the Hot Pot restaurant had more crowds. And most people were foreigners.
If the Chinese watched her eating, she could also understand that after all, she was a Chinese star.
But what about these foreigners? She was not their star abroad.
Her program was yet to be broadcasted and her movie hadn’t been released yet.
“How come there are so many people suddenly, Han, what happened?”
There was an ominous hunch in Xia An’s heart.
“Xia An, you’re trending online in the United States. Don’t say anything, hurry up while there aren’t too many people gathered there, and the media reporters haven’t come to you! We will talk after you return!”
Han Yue’s eagerness revealed his excitement. Xia An couldn’t care less about her appetite.
She hung up the phone and led the two little guys out of the Hot Pot restaurant quickly.
It was not easy to leave the Hot Pot restaurant and Chinatown.
People were crowded, just like the vegetable market!
Had it not been for the show crew, Xia An and the two little ones would have been squeezed into flesh.
After finally getting out of Chinatown, she boarded a car and headed towards the hotel where she stayed. The group of people saw that she had just driven away, and a number of media cars stopped at Chinatown and rushed out. Many journalists came carrying cameras.
Xia An was relieved with emotion. It was as Han Yue told her!
If she really waited until she ate the Hot Pot, it would have been really difficult to get out!
But……
It was a pity that she couldn’t finish the Hot Pot!

“…he modified her black hair and black pupil into blond hair and blue eyes.” 😭 not the Aryan glow-up aksjdkkfkf 😭
This chapter was a wild ride. This can’t be what people in China rlly think America is like, can it?? It has to be dramatized fiction, right???? 😭🙏🏼
Thanks!
Cathy Mountsambote
She had to have blond hair and blue hair to be more attractive 🙄🤮🤮🥴
kawaii12345
Yeah everyone knows red hair and green eyes are best
Anna
The day I actually see this on the news is the day I know the world has ended and somehow become a Chinese web novel
Devi
🤣😂😂 I know, right?
Even compared to another CNs with show-biz/famous protagonist genre, this book takes the netizen and people’s reaction to the beauty of the MC to a (or several) whole another level(s). 😂 It’s so over the top that I suspect it’s a parody.

What the heck? First off, why the fuck did they make her have blue eyes? That’s just odd, blonde hair, sure? Platinum blonde can be very stunning and I’ve seen a lot of asian girls who’ve bleached their hair super light and it looks good. But Blonde hair blue eyes?
Anyways, as far as I understand, there’s usually a lot less swarming of a star except at official events. Normally stars tend to live in well, areas used to seeing stars and most people will just be like, can I have a picture and then post it on social media. Swarming a person just because they’re good looking takes too much effort.
ChoffeeXP
Hehe gotta wonder if that is really what happens in America 😂
Rina
Haha it’s not. Celebrities do get swarmed sometimes and stuff, but usually by their super intense fans. We don’t make this big of a fuss when we see pictures of a really beautiful person. I think Instagram has numbed us to that lmao. We also don’t say weird stuff like “oh she’d be better blonde” and photoshop someone blonde to prove it. These days, anyone who did that on like Twitter or smth would get a lot of criticism.
I think this world the author created is uhhh special though, even disregarding the supernatural elements. I shamelessly love stuff with ridiculous OP/lucky heroines sometimes tho so I’m not complaining.

Oh yeah, making an asian person blonde with blue eyes is a quick way to have social media on your butt about you being a racist colonialist white supremacist nazi. I.e. it’s really really something you don’t want to do unless you’re in a very specific circle.
Someone who might do that would typically be more white power type, or would be the sort who just wants to stir things up and make trouble for fun. i.e. trolling.
