Meng Ting was so frightened that she quickly said, “Okay.”

Her tone was trembling, sweet to the heart.

He smiled softly: “Yeah.”

When the two thin, soft arms came up, his heartbeat sped up uncontrollably.

The girl’s body was fragrant and soft. Meng Ting was the kind of girl that every boy wanted to have.

He Junming and the others sweat a lot after walking for a long time.

Meng Ting stayed away from him as much as possible.

He seemed to have inexhaustible energy to walk.

Jiang Ren walked along the path, in the coldness of autumn all the way, listening to the fine insects in the woods.

He got his clothes wet with sweat, which outlined the strong body of a young man.

When they reached the top of the mountain, it was already one o’clock in the afternoon.

A century-old tree that could be embraced only when three people joined hands stood in the wind, with countless small red flags flying around, but no one had the perseverance to take them away.

Jiang Ren was the only one to reach the top of the mountain with Meng Ting on his back.

He was terrible.

The young man panted and asked her to sit down under the old tree. His black pupils looked at her and he said: “Hey, I didn’t bring water, can I drink my saliva?”

The boy’s forehead was full of sweat, his T-shirt was soaked, the firm texture was outlined, but his pupils were black with a smile.

Meng Ting hugged her bag tightly. She only had one water glass, which she had drunk from.

Meng Ting just leaned against the tree and silently refused.

His whole body was sweaty, but she was clean. Her hair was blown by the autumn wind and the leaves fell on her shoulders. She lowered her eyes. All he could see was her long and curled eyelashes, why were they so pretty!

Jiang Ren smiled: “You are so stingy.”

Meng Ting’s face was a little red. From childhood it was the first time she was called stingy. Jiang Ren carried her to the mountain on his back, almost half the way.

So she opened the zipper and took out the white thermos cup.

It contained glucose water, which was specially prepared to replenish physical strength in the morning. She unscrewed the bottle cap, used the cap as a water cup and poured glucose water into it. Then hand it to Jiang Ren.

He didn’t answer: “Give me a cup, who the hell wants to drink with a lid.”

With pure eyes, she said seriously: “The lid is very clean.”

“Don’t drink it.”

Jiang Ren smiled: “Don’t, I’ll drink.”

He took the lid and drank a few mouthfuls. It was very sweet.

With sharp eyes, he saw her lunch box in the cracks of her school bag. Jiang Ren reached out his hand and took it out. Meng Ting did not move as fast as he did. Before she could react, the lunch box was in his hand.

The top was transparent and he could see the simple egg fried rice inside at a glance.

Meng Ting was anxious: “Give it back.”

She tried to grab it. He raised his hand slightly. Meng Ting stood up and found that he was tall. He made the distance before she could reach and as expected the girl stood on tiptoe to grab it.

Jiang Ren chuckled and raised the lunch box a little higher. She almost jumped into his arms.

Meng Ting learnt dance, her body was very flexible and she was light enough but she was too annoyed. She knew that Jiang Ren was deliberately messing with her and didn’t want the lunch box.

Meng Ting felt aggrieved. She was forced to climb the mountain, but the bastard robbed her of her meal.

Was he used to being a gangster and liked to snatch her things?

She was about to descend the mountain.

Jiang Ren frowned. The wind was strong on the mountain and her eyes looked wet. She looked wronged and pitiful. He had a bit of pity in his heart, fearing that she would go down the mountain hungry.

His heart got soft. Other mountaineering kids brought light bread and biscuits, but she obediently wanted to eat. This lunch box was not light and the meal was heavy. She had a nice and innocent face and her temper was too cute.

Jiang Ren grabbed her school bag, did not let her leave and wiped the stone next to the big tree several times. Then he placed the lunch box on, and said: “Don’t be angry, I was wrong, okay.”

He said: “When you eat, I will help you keep a watch. We will avoid anyone coming up the mountain.”

He really stayed away from her.

Jiang Ren was afraid that she would dislike the smell of sweat and sat at the intersection of the mountain looking down at the mountain.

He sat on a slope, bending his long legs, with his hands on his knees and watching out for her.

Meng Ting looked at the lunch box on the stone and didn’t speak for a long time.

The young man sat with his back to her. His shoulders wide with his unruly movements. Jiang Ren touched his pocket subconsciously, found a box of cigarettes, then paused  and put it back as if nothing had happened.

She didn’t know how high the mountain was, but along the way, even a strong adult man would be exhausted.

Jiang Ren’s character was weird.
